With over 25 years' experience in both private and NHS settings, Julia is an inspiring leader and entrepreneur who has delivered world-class fertility services and successfully built healthcare businesses across four continents.
As the CEO and founding director of Complete Fertility Ltd, an ESHRE accredited senior embryologist and a global healthcare executive, Julia is highly skilled in both the commercial and clinical aspects of the fertility industry. She has served as a consultant embryologist and business advisor at some of the most successful IVF centres worldwide, including Reproductive Medicine Associates (RMA-IVI), USA; Fertility Associates, New Zealand; Lister Fertility Clinic, UK; Complete Fertility Centre, UK; and ART Institute in Washington DC. Additionally, Julia spearheaded the consulting program for Virtus Health, the largest provider in Australia and the third-largest fertility group globally.
Throughout her career, Julia has collaborated with some of the most prominent names in the IVF industry, served on various national and international professional bodies and boards and built an extensive network of contacts.

Victoria has a wealth of experience as a clinical embryologist, healthcare manager and compliance specialist in both the private and public sectors. Her roles as the HFEA Person Responsible and IVF Lab Manager at Complete Fertility Centre Southampton and Quality Manager at NUH Life in Nottingham have honed her skills in regulatory compliance and fertility clinic leadership and management.
Victoria is well versed in leading organisation change, implementing new revenue streams and supporting clinics to achieve and maintain compliance with the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) regulations. Victoria has a special interest in gamete donation and has established successful egg and sperm donation programmes at various UK fertility clinics.

After 5 years working in healthcare operations and administration, Talia made a significant career shift to medicine, emerging as a leading authority in emergency care and patient safety. In the past 15 years, she has assumed leadership roles in various NHS Trusts, major trauma centres and prestigious teaching hospitals, such as The Royal Free, UCL and Jersey General Hospital. Presently, she serves as the Clinical Practice Group Lead and Clinical Effectiveness Lead for North Middlesex NHS Trust and sits on the Board of Governors of Tavistock NHS Trust.
In addition to her NHS roles, she is a registered emergency doctor for the British Red Cross, Arsenal Football Club and the London Marathon, she exudes calm in the face of adversity, whether in a war zone or amidst employee conflict.
Identifying the necessity for a more flexible approach to clinical rostering, Talia is the medical advisor and inspiration behind www.healthrota.co.uk, a clinical rostering software and App licenced to 65 NHS Trusts. Health Rota Ltd has proven effective in enhancing staff retention by offering greater flexibility in clinician working patterns.
With a reputation for increasing key-staff retention and as a skilled educator and communicator, Talia has successfully orchestrated and executed departmental re-structures across the NHS. These projects have not only led to improved patient outcomes but also resulted in significant cost efficiencies.
